Yes, you can use extensions with Safari profiles. Safari extensions can now be managed on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS with a new Safari extension configuration. This allows you to define which extensions are allowed, giving users the ability to turn them on or off, and control whether an extension is always on or always off. This configuration also lets IT admins choose what's needed for their fleet and configure extension website access by domain and subdomain. All of this works with Safari private browsing, and Safari provides users with a visual indication as to which extensions are managed.
