Apple Intelligence, the new personal intelligence system introduced at WWDC 2024, leverages advanced generative models and is deeply integrated into iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. However, it is designed to take full advantage of the power of Apple Silicon, which is not present in the iPhone 13 mini. The iPhone 13 mini uses the A15 Bionic chip, which, while powerful, does not have the same capabilities as the newer Apple Silicon chips designed for running advanced machine learning tasks on-device.
