What’s new in audio?

At WWDC 2025, Apple introduced several new features and updates related to audio:

1. Spatial Audio Enhancements:

   • In visionOS, the new Spatial Audio Experience API allows for spatializing each sound from its own window or volume, enhancing the spatial audio experience (What’s new in visionOS 26).
   • The session "Enhance your app’s audio recording capabilities" discussed the integration of Spatial Audio Capture with AV AssetWriter and the new Audio Mix API during playback. 2. Audio Recording Capabilities:

3. RealityKit Audio:

These updates provide developers with more tools to create rich and immersive audio experiences across Apple's platforms.
